Introduction

Before you download content from RelebBook.com, please read this License Agreement (hereinafter the "License") carefully. By downloading any content (including but not limited to 3D models, CG models, architectural drawings, textures, images, etc.), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of its terms. If you do not agree with this License, please do not download or purchase.

We do not grant ownership of the contents. By downloading an asset, you acquire only a license to use it, not the ownership of the asset itself.

 

License Tiers: Paid vs. Free Assets

Relebook grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, worldwide, and revocable license, subject to the following strict distinctions based on how the asset was acquired:

• Paid Assets (Single-Seat & Commercial Use): For assets acquired following a successful payment (Royalty-Free), Relebook grants a perpetual license on a Single-Seat basis. Paid assets may be used for personal and commercial projects. If the Licensee is a company, the asset cannot be placed on an open intranet or public server for unlimited employee access. Multi-user access requires purchasing supplementary licenses.
• Free Assets (Editorial Use Restriction): Assets designated as "Editorial" or offered for free cannot be used for any commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes. They are strictly limited to personal use, news reporting, documentaries, or non-profit educational use. Trademarks or logos depicted in these assets cannot be digitally removed to bypass this commercial restriction.

 

The "Incorporated Product" Requirement & Digital Safeguarding

This License strictly limits the use of downloaded 3D assets to an "Incorporated Product".

• Integration: The asset must be inextricably integrated into a larger, derivative project (e.g., a compiled video game, flattened 2D render, architectural design, or video).
• Digital Safeguarding: If used in interactive media (e.g., games, 3D scenes), the Licensee must use encrypted or proprietary formats to prevent end-users from extracting the raw 3D mesh or source files. The Licensee is strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, or distributing the Asset in its raw, standalone digital format (.obj,.fbx, etc.).

 

Permitted Uses

• Provided you comply with the Free/Paid restrictions and the Incorporated Product requirement above, you are permitted to:
• Use the content in 2D/3D computer graphics, architectural/interior design, website design, advertising (Paid assets only), movies, TV shows, and printed media.
• Create derivative works and build physical architectural projects based on the design drawings.
• Use for scrapbooking, but only if you are the end-user. Resale of the content as scrapbooking packs/templates is explicitly forbidden.
• Publicly display the renderings through screens or live performance.
• Record contents on your own personal electronic media (CD, flash drive, hard drive) for backup purposes.
• Sell or distribute 3D models bundled with modified versions of our textures/images, only if you add the following text to your documentation: "One or more design materials on this 3D model have been created with images from www.relebook.com. These images may not be redistributed; please visit www.relebook.com for more information."

 

Strict Prohibitions

You are strictly NOT permitted to:

• Resale & Redistribution: Sell, share, rent, give away, or distribute the asset in its raw, standalone digital format (.obj, .fbx, textures, etc.), whether modified or unmodified. You cannot distribute them in texture packs, material libraries, scale modeling papers, or scrapbooking packs.
• No AI Training: Use the assets, renders, or topological data to train, test, or develop Machine Learning algorithms, Generative AI systems, neural networks, or computer vision technologies.
• No Scraping: Use automated programs, scripts, or bots to scrape or automatically download content from the Website.
• 3D Printing Limit: Commercially reproduce the assets physically (e.g., 3D printing for mass resale).
• Competing Products: Use the content to create marketing materials for competing products (e.g., other model/texture libraries).
• Account & Server Sharing: Rent or lend your website account to others, or store the assets on a public server/database for others to download.
• Trademark & Open Source: Use the content to register trademarks/logos, or release the content under Open Source Licenses.

 

Intellectual Property & Disclaimers

• Modifications: Changing the content does not make it a separate Derivative Work free from this License. You must obtain our consent to claim copyright in a modified work.
• Reference Imagery: Some photos may show real-world logos, brands, or copyrighted designs. These are for reference only and must be changed or used at your own legal risk.
• Impersonation & Infringement: You must not impersonate the creator of the content or use it for defamatory, pornographic, or illegal purposes.
• Dispute Resolution: If you believe any material is pirated, do not download it. Please apply for processing through Relebook's Dispute Resolution Platform. Relebook will penalize infringers (blocking accounts, limiting withdrawals, etc.) in accordance with author agreements.

 

Miscellaneous

• This License is valid as long as you comply with its terms. Breach of this Agreement immediately terminates your rights and License to use the contents.
• Upon revocation, you must immediately stop using the downloaded contents and delete all copies.
• You are solely responsible to the content Authors for any violation of these terms.
